Graphitized PA-6
Graphite-reinforced PA-6 obtains black color because of graphite addition. Thanks to that the material has friction coefficient 2-3 time slower comparing to usual PA-6 and surpasses other PA-6 grades in wear resistance. Other physical and chemical properties of graphite-reinforced PA-6 stay the same, except for slight change of dielectric properties.
Graphite-reinforced PA-6 is used everywhere in the industry: for making sleeves, gear wheels, sliding friction bearings, and other parts.
